A Slippery Universe... is mischievously delightful family theater. It revolves around a lovable eccentric performer (Kenny Ahern) and his whimsical surroundings; all reluctantly projected through time. Ahern presents a contagious zest for play in a timeless performance where extraordinary artistry mingles with cleverly controlled bedlam and pleasantly unpredictable audience interplay. The result? a dazzling theatrical escapade very few can resist.

The performances’s whimsical set; inspired by Van Gogh’s "Starry Night", lighting design and technical requirements are designed for a traditional proscenium stage, yet, are flexible enough to play in non-traditional spaces and still retain a distinctive intimacy.

The creative team for A Slippery Universe... is comprised of; National award winning Director, Maurice Enders, Composer George Maurer created the original score and Scenic designer/Sculptor Michael Martino designed and created the set. Martino also created series of figurative sculptures, themed around "A Slippery Universe". This gallery exhibit is titled "To Laugh is to Live" and is available with each performance.

Various outreach activities are available with a performance; 60-90 minute master workshops, half/full week educational intensives and a (K-12) motivational lyceum performance and one day intensive.
